What are the core functions of an Action Team?

In order to generate individual and community resiliency and establish a resiliency reserve, the Action Teams have been designed to identify, promote, and/or design activities that encourage the presence of:

  • the three Resilient Factors (caring relationships, high expectation messages, opportunities for contribution)
  • in all three Environments (home, school/work, community)
  • for all three types of Stakeholders (organizations, residents, businesses)
