Needs Analysis: There is a strong need to expand and enhance services to build positive Social & Interpersonal Relationships for the youth population in the Greater Arlington Area.  In addition to feedback from both youth and their parents, a lack of constructive things to do has been a liability for the area.  Second only to Sandalwood that has a considerably higher number of students enrolled, Parker shows a significant need to redirect activities to a more constructive focus.

State 3,049,825 264,298 233,058 9% 7%

Needs Analysis:  granted, it is no science taking the total school population to computate a percentage of in-school and out-of-school rate since it might be the same student getting suspended multiple times, however if you use the same formula to computate for each of the sister schools it gives an overview for a comparison.  Likewise, the District and State includes all grades where as the school figures represent only the 9-12 grade levels.  However, it is less likely to have high numbers in the elementary grade levels.
