The ERCEGI team has been researching best practices for the past twenty years. A body of knowledge has been created to guide program designs and program implementation by taking proven practices and adapting those practices to our local community projects. This research would be provided to Solutions Partners to fulfill collaborative projects. Likewise if a partner is in need of research that is not a part of the Body of Knowledge, ERCEGI would reach out to partners across the nation to obtain this valuable resource.
Data collection and analysis to determine root causes and/or establish baselines including focus groups to gain target market input/feedback and trend analysis. Too often community solutions are developed in a vacuum with select leaders brainstorming and developing solutions that are agenda driven and not scientifically validated. ERCEGI seeks to work with experts throughout the nation to immerse in data-driven decision-making coupled with grass roots input from conception, to design, to implementation.
Communities are facing multiple complex issues that are hard to resolve, difficult to implement and track, and nearly impossible to scale. One of the barriers to moving our solutions to obtain broad impact is the challenge of presenting information through various methods and channels to mobilize communities for support. ERCEGI will utilize Geospatial Analysis to look at multi-agency and differentiated data to compare things in relation to the other rather than independently. Likewise, as solutions are identified the findings will be presented in 2D and 3D renditions to provide a visual that is much easier for the majority of the population to grasp—a picture is worth a thousand words.
