As ERCEGI holds to the premise that a the future of any community is only as great as the future citizens it nurtures, it will be a priority to work with the neighborhood schools and their leadership teams to conduct Comprehensive School Review (CSR) and to work to merge community and school assets in the pursuit of mutual goals and objectives. The CSR is conducted with nonprofit, faithbased, school, and community-based individuals.  A team of constituents tour the school grounds to observe strengths and weaknesses that might provide opportunities for collaborative partnerships and resiliency building activities.  It includes four sections:  1) general demographic and needs analysis; 2) on-campus observations; 3) school culture reflections; and 4) communications practices.
